Hello friends,
I invite you to join me at Filmfest DC — Washington’s only international film festival — celebrating 30 years! The festival opens Thursday, April 14 and closes Sunday, April 24. This year’s anchor venues are Mazza Gallerie and Landmark E Street Theater, with special screenings at the Embassy of France.
Tickets are on sale at an Early Bird 10% Discount now through Sunday, April 3: normally $13.00, now $11.70. Students always pay a discounted price.
Visit filmfestdc.org to pick films, purchase tickets, and learn about special guests and events. If you’d like to earn free tickets by volunteering, visit filmfestdc.org and click the Volunteer tab.
Filmfest DC is renowned for its diverse stories, languages, cultures, and voices. Read about this year’s highlights here: http://www.foresthillsconnection.com/news/filmfest-dc-marking-30-years-since-its-birth-at-udc/
Please support this cultural landmark by enjoying global cinema you often can’t see anywhere else. See you at the movies!
Yours in film,
TT
